Процеси міжнародної інтеграції є динамічними і постійно розвиваються. Кількість інтеграційних утворень та угод зростає щороку, що свідчить про активний рух у напрямку глибшої співпраці між країнами. Нові партнерства, переговори та створення регіональних блоків – усі ці процеси є частинами зазначеного еволюційного процесу. Оцінка ефектів від інтеграційних процесів є складним завданням через множину факторів, що впливають на них. Кожне регіональне об’єднання має свої унікальні характеристики, такі як економічний стан країн-учасниць, рівень розвитку інфраструктури, правова база тощо.
